Full course description
Debriefing is the safe place for students to reflect back on how they performed, how the team performed, and what they want to change in the future. All simulations should strive for some form of debriefing after the simulation. Studies have shown this is where the majority of the learning occurs. In this course you will learn debriefing as the facilitator, more than educator. You will learn to guide the discussion and cover certain aspects, but hopefully by asking the right questions the learners will make the connections and see the areas for emulation and improvement in future performance.
